Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • High order volumes may cause slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

FedEx Two-Day 2 business days $12.95

FedEx Overnight 1-2 business days $19.95

  • Overnight delivery is only available within the continental United States.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We ship to:

Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

  • Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Light & Burn Scented Candles is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • Any additional fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products.

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will:

  • Refund the full purchase price OR

  • Send a replacement (with free return shipping)

Return, Damage & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective or damaged products. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences, we do not accept returns based on personal dislike of a scent.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one or offer a full refund.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All Light & Burn Scented Candles products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a product is defective:

 

We will refund the full purchase price or send a replacement. We will cover return shipping costs. If you received a damaged order:

Refund Process
